Led the global design, development, and launch of Discovery's flagship streaming service. I set the vision, built the design and product teams, and established a solid plan for success. My work included designing the organization, product and user experience strategy, mapping customer journeys, and aligning the brand's global mission and goals. I also led a global team to create and implement important frameworks like design systems, market entry strategy, and a strong customer feedback system to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience worldwide.
DISCOVERY GO
Led the end-to-end product strategy, design, UX, and development for Discovery GO - a unified streaming ecosystem spanning 18 networks across 15 platforms. We delivered a seamless, cross-device experience for live and on-demand content from brands like HGTV, Food Network, TLC, and ID. I defined the vision, core features, and built scalable frameworks to support a consolidated app experience, resulting in a 250% increase in revenue. Key achievements included UX research, live TV integration, synced multi-device playback, and a unified digital design system.
NBC STREAMING APPS
Led the design and product strategy for NBC’s flagship streaming service, part of a $122B global media portfolio. Defined the product vision and UX foundation, driving core feature development through customer research, journey mapping, and KPI alignment. Delivered a cohesive digital brand system and creative library to support a scalable, cross-platform experience from launch through growth - establishing the foundations for Peacock.
SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE EXPERIENCE
A multi-platform digital product celebrating 40 years of iconic comedy. From mobile to VR, I led the design and strategy for a fully personalized app that allowed fans to explore over 20,000 sketches. Features included machine learning-driven recommendations, swipeable discovery, live content, and fan-favorite elements like emojis, behind-the-scenes clips, and themed viewing paths - bringing Saturday Night Live’s legacy to life across every screen.
THE VOICE APP
The Voice App stands out as a groundbreaking platform that enhances fan engagement for the popular TV series. By creating a habit-forming mobile application fully integrated with the live shows, we successfully transitioned 90% of the audience to engage through their mobile devices. This innovative app not only enriches the viewer experience but also fosters a strong sense of loyalty among the fanbase.
MICROSOFT DESIGN SYSTEM
Led the initiative to create a comprehensive global design system for digital applications for Microsoft.com. This involved building a flexible and modular design framework, developing user experience standards, design principles, and usage guidelines for a variety of international products, platforms, and services. As a result, we established a cohesive design and product vision, along with a versatile visual branding system across the entire btrand portfolio.
