Future Vision Workshops
My teams were asked to create a 5-10 year vision for NBC Universal and Comcast. This vision should show what NBC might look like in a changing media landscape. We needed to combine various ideas and discussions into a clear mission and voice to guide our presentation, prototypes, and products. These discussions and framework provided the foundations for Peacock.
We held three half-day sessions with guided discussions and visual brainstorming to bring together important leaders, including our Executive Vice President and President. Our aim was to clarify and create a unique and aligned plan.
